Optimal Health Clinic Pricing Options

Optimal Treatment Membership — $60 per fortnight. Hormone optimisation pathway members receive the full clinical program, not script-only care.

Member consultation (Hormone & Performance Health): $199

What’s included:
  1. No clinic fees and no extra costs on membership services.
  2. Zero medication mark-ups — cost-price through partnering pharmacies.
  3. Free referrals, medical certificates, health summaries or travel letters.
  4. VIP admin support 9am–4pm weekdays.
  5. Ongoing nursing team access with follow ups and treatment protocols post consult and every 6–8 weeks.
  6. Escripts to your chosen pharmacy — prescription issued and sent free of charge (own pharmacy not recommended).
  7. Medication dispensed discreetly via approved cGMP partnering pharmacies Australia-wide.
Typical hormone pathway (members):
  1. Sign up and discovery call to confirm goals and suitability.
  2. Blood work as required (private pathology referrals available at no additional clinic fee for members).
  3. Doctor consultation at member rate ($199 Hormone & Performance Health).
  4. Ongoing treatment, monitoring and nursing support included in your membership program.

  1. $280 for new patients — comprehensive panel at a partnering pathology collector
  2. $180 for returning and on-going patients undergoing treatment protocols
Step 3: Doctor Consultation

$275 Hormone Optimisation — Once we’ve received your health information and blood results, we’ll schedule your consultation with one of our doctors. This appointment includes a full review of your results and the creation of your personalised treatment plan.

Step 4: Treatment Options

At the conclusion of your consult, if medication is prescribed choose from one of the options to begin the treatment journey.

Pricing Option 1: Order Through Our Partner Pharmacies

  1. You pay the PHARMACY price for all medications
  2. Medication invoices include a clinic Administration, Handling and Infrastructure fee starting from $150, which covers ongoing file management, treatment guidance, and medication safety checks

Pricing Option 2: Choose Your Own Pharmacy

If a prescription is issued, our team will send this out to you including your treatment plan, dosing guides and scripts.

  1. Prescribing Fee: $125
  2. On-going Support: NO charge
  3. Access to our nursing team for dosing advice and support
  4. Access to our admin team as and when required

Refund Policy – Enjoy peace of mind consultations with our doctors! If after the consultation, you are dissatisfied with the outcome, please reach out to the team for a refund of the consultation cost (except $50).
